Monday Pre-natal Yoga Key Principle: Releasing spinal tension ceates more space for you and baby. | Tuesday & Wednesday Lower Spinal Release Key Principle: In this theme you will experience the magic of releasing tension in the lower spine, beginning at the tailbone. The tailbone is the base of the spine and the tension centered there causes tension throughout the whole body - which causes pain. When you release the tailbone, the whole body can release. Experience Freedom from pain. | Special Wednesday Class starts Oct 21 - Series ONLY Yoga for Your Back 7:30-9:00pm Key Principle: This four-week series is designed for those leading an active life, but are in chronic back pain. Students will learn how to gain relief though a home practice. At the finish of the series, most students are ready to move into a multi- level continuing class. | Saturday Daily Practice Key Principle: Begin exploring a whole new understanding of your body. Begin to live in your body differently, more comfortably, more space to breathe and move. Begin to experience the relaxed vibrant energy you didn't even know you had.
